Worth it kung tama ang kg mo Important talaga na piliin mo yung tamang resistance. Una medyo gusto ko 40kg pero nag 30kg muna ako.... tama decision kasi challenging na siya for me :)

Nag-stop ako mag gym dahil busy sa work. Gusto ko pa rin may ginagawa sa upper body ko so sinubukan ko ito. 30kg yung kinuha ko and sakto challenge siya for me. Hindi siya malambot at hindi rin sobrang hirap.
After 1 week consistent use (around 10–15 minutes per day), mas ramdam ko na yung chest at shoulders ko. Hindi siya magic, pero effective kung consistent ka.
